With locations in Boothville, Venice, Morgan City and Gonzales, Louisiana, Fab-Con handles all areas of oilfield construction and fabrication. From Boothville, we offer fabrication, offshore support, and crew dispatching. Our office in Gonzales handles administrative duties such as payroll and payables, and our renovated dock in Venice offers some of best and safest dockside facilities available. Our Morgan City location offers dockside services, fabrication services and repairs, as well as Labor and support personnel dispatch. Labor and support personnel are dispatched from both Morgan City and Boothville, and we provide full service fabrications from either location on demand.
Fab-Con has MSA’s in place with almost all of the major oil companies in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as with several independent companies. Safety and customer satisfaction are our highest priorities. We have updated and upgraded docks and facilities, and take pride in our work and in our Louisiana roots.

Our History
Originally located on Hwy 23 in Boothville, LA, the Giles family expanded their company by opening a dockside location in Venice, Louisiana. After taking the full impact of Hurricane Katrina, the company relocated its operations to Morgan City while rebuilding and renovating the main office in Boothville. At this time, we are one of the fastest growing companies in South Louisiana and the Gulf Coast.
While our location in Boothville handles fabrication, offshore support and crew dispatching, our newer Gonzales office handles all administrative duties, such as payroll and payables. The dock in Venice is also open and operational. With recent renovations to the slip and the installation of new sheet pile bulkheads, we make every effort to provide the best, safest dockside facilities available. We provide dockside support and storage services to oilfield companies and have updated and upgraded our dock equipment and facilities to perform all of our services in a safe and timely manner.
